The following Terms of Use apply to all Digital Certificates issued by TBS Internet:

"The rights in this digital certificate and data contained herein are the property of TBS INTERNET SAS and is protected under French law by the Copyright, the 1998 database law and international law in accordance with the provisions of the Berne Convention. Use of this digital certificate is restricted to parties who have entered into a Digital Certificate Subscription Agreement with TBS INTERNET SAS and reliance upon this digital certificate is restricted to parties who have entered into a Relying Party Agreement with TBS INTERNET SAS."
